How do I add the store locator to my theme?

1. Go to Shopify Admin > Online Store > Themes 2. Click "Customize" on your theme 3. Navigate to the page you want (e.g., Store Locations) 4. Click "Add section" or "Add block" 5. Select "Store Locator" under Apps 6. Click Save

How do I import stores from CSV?

1. Open LocateUs from Shopify Admin 2. Go to "Import Stores" 3. Download the CSV template 4. Fill in your store data 5. Upload the file 6. Review and confirm Required: name, address, city, country Optional: state, postalCode, phone, email, website, latitude, longitude, category

How do I customize the map appearance?

Go to "Customize Map" in LocateUs to adjust: • Map Size: Banner, Square, Rectangle, or Full Page • Map Theme: 6 styles available (Starter plan+) • Marker Color and Style (Starter plan+) • Custom Marker Icon (Pro plan+) • Distance unit (miles or kilometers) • Fonts & Colors to match your brand • Enable/disable Search bar • Enable/disable Geolocation button

Why aren't my stores showing on the map?

Stores need valid coordinates to appear. Check: • Address is complete with city and country • Geocoding succeeded (check if lat/lng are filled) • Store is not disabled If geocoding failed, try saving the store again or manually enter coordinates.

What are the plan differences?

What happens when I uninstall?

When you uninstall LocateUs: • All store location data is permanently deleted • All settings are deleted • The Store Locator block is auto-removed from your theme • Your subscription is cancelled Tip: Export to CSV before uninstalling for a backup!
